Like your article a lot. I feel the same. I got to were I set timers, you know what I mean, so I donβt get so boughed down in one thing and forget about the other things. So to break this up I just run outside and smell the trees.

I love the idea of visual reminders. Iβve definitely been trying to prioritise daily reading in my life, trying to replace my evening scroll with a book instead.
I can resonate with so much of this! After 5 months of non stop working in my studio in the lead up to my next solo show, I too am taking some down time to refill my cup.
One of the things I want to do more of in March is taking time each day to read and really engage with more amazing people here on Substack.

This is exactly what I'm doing for March, as I recover from a nasty bug and a busy start to the year. Nature and horses; catching up on stuff around the house; less SM and more books and making music. Thanks for affirming my choices and I wish you all the best in recharging and enjoying March.
