My small moments of joy were…watching the sky turn pink while waiting for the kettle to boil this morning. Indulging in the taste of morning coffee, sitting in the garden and enjoying the morning stillness. My blind dog Freddy getting excited for his lunchtime walk, dragging me out of the house. Or when I realised the decision I made several months ago, came to fruition today. 🤍

I'm having a flare week it seems at the moment too, and I really loved reading your small joys, and going to make a little list in my journal to help me find some calm and joy too 🩷
Leftovers are a godsend. 😅 I’ve been enjoying my daughters (ages 17 and 18) randomly telling me, throughout the day, that they love me. I’m a lucky mama. 🧡
I love noticing the small moments of life that take my breath away. Watching the golden rod bloom in my front yard, eating cherry tomatoes from the garden and listening to the crickets at night.
